Ballistics Investigation

Ballistic investigation (or forensic ballistics) is the scientific analysis of firearms, ammunition, and projectile behaviour to solve crimes. It involves examining bullet trajectories, impact damage, and microscopic marks (striations) on bullets or casings to link a specific weapon to a scene, determine the firing distance, and reconstruct shooting incidents.
