TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR – Professional Tactical MOLLE Chest Harness

The TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR (SKU 7009) delivers a lightweight, versatile tactical load-carrying solution for military personnel, security professionals and specialist operational teams. This adjustable chest rig combines durable CORDURA® 700 den IRR fabric, modular MOLLE attachment points and integrated equipment pouches to support demanding field operations.

Designed for professional tactical applications, the TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR provides convenient access to essential equipment while allowing users to customise their load-carrying configuration.

Advanced IRR Camouflage and CORDURA® Construction

The TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR uses European CORDURA® materials, webbing, hook-and-loop fasteners and buckles that meet German Bundeswehr technical requirements TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 for infrared reflectance characteristics.

Its IRR camouflage properties cover wavelengths from 650 to 1250 nm, with specified reflectance values between 10% and 42%.

This specialist material specification supports equipment compatibility with military camouflage requirements and helps users maintain a consistent equipment configuration.

Furthermore, the rugged CORDURA® 700 den fabric provides excellent abrasion resistance for regular operational use.

Modular MOLLE Chest Rig for Tactical Equipment

The integrated MOLLE attachment system allows personnel to customise the chest rig with compatible tactical pouches and accessories.

Five front magazine pouches accommodate M4, M16 or STG magazines. Each pouch features a hook-and-loop closure for straightforward access and secure retention.

Two additional side pockets provide flexible storage for field equipment, accessories and supplies. Each side compartment can accommodate a US 1-litre water bottle, making the rig particularly useful during extended outdoor operations.

Zipper closures secure the side compartments and help organise essential equipment.

Adjustable Tactical Harness for Improved Comfort

The TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR features adjustable padded shoulder straps that distribute equipment weight across the upper body.

Users can adjust the shoulder straps between 75 cm and 100 cm to achieve a suitable fit.

The adjustable waist system accommodates measurements from 82 cm to 149 cm, offering flexibility across different body sizes and clothing configurations.

With a total weight of approximately 1.10 kg, the chest rig provides a practical balance between equipment capacity, durability and portability.

Fold-Out Compartment for Armour Plates

An integrated fold-out compartment provides additional versatility and can accommodate compatible armour plates.

The chest rig does not include ballistic protection plates. Users must source suitable plates separately and confirm compatibility before use.

This additional compartment allows specialist teams to adapt their equipment configuration according to operational requirements.

Applications for Military, Security and Specialist Teams

The TT Chest Rig M4 MKII IRR suits a wide range of professional activities, including military training, tactical field exercises, security operations and specialist equipment carriage.

Its modular construction also makes it relevant to personnel who require organised access to communications equipment, field accessories and other mission-specific tools.

The combination of adjustable straps, durable fabric and multiple storage compartments supports practical equipment management in demanding environments.
