NIK Test O – GHB

The NIK GHB Test (Test O) provides a high-performance solution for the rapid presumptive identification of GHB (Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate) in liquid samples.

The NIK system utilises heavy-duty, reinforced plastic pouches containing pre-measured chemical ampoules. This self-contained design is specifically optimised for liquid samples. To perform the test, an investigator simply uses one of the included droppers to place a small amount of the suspected liquid into the pouch. After breaking the internal glass ampoules, a green hue indicates a positive result. This clear visual reaction occurs within seconds, allowing for immediate intervention or documentation.

Safety remains a top priority in the design of Test O. Because the reagents remain sealed within the pouch, the user avoids any manual measuring, mixing, or dispensing of hazardous liquids. This eliminates the risk of chemical burns and ensures that the sample does not become contaminated during the process.
