Crime Scene Floodlight

The Crime Scene Floodlight is a recommended portable lighting solution for crime scene examination, forensic work, search operations and other professional applications.

Delivering up to 5000 lumens, it provides powerful, broad illumination across large working areas. In addition, a beam distance of up to 90 metres gives technicians excellent coverage when working at larger indoor or outdoor scenes.

For transportation, the robust stand collapses to approximately 0.9 metres. Once deployed, it extends to approximately 2 metres, allowing the light to be positioned at a practical working height.

Powerful 5000 Lumen Flood Lighting

With a maximum output of 5000 lumens, the Crime Scene Floodlight Pro 5K produces a wide 120° flood beam. This broad spread helps illuminate larger areas evenly rather than concentrating light into a narrow spot.

The multi-angle rotational LED lamp head also allows the operator to direct illumination precisely where required. As a result, the floodlight is particularly suitable for examining rooms, vehicles, outdoor scenes, search areas and other poorly illuminated locations.

Operators can also select between warm white and cool white light, providing additional flexibility for different working environments and examination requirements.

Three Adjustable Light Modes

The floodlight offers High, Medium and Low output settings. Therefore, technicians can select the most appropriate level of illumination for the task.

Using a lower setting can also help extend operating time during longer examinations. Depending on the selected mode, battery runtime is approximately 1 to 5 hours.

A built-in battery indicator provides a convenient way to monitor the available power level during use.

Rechargeable and Mains Powered

A hybrid power system allows the Crime Scene Floodlight Pro 5K to operate from either its rechargeable lithium-ion battery or directly from an AC mains supply.

Battery operation makes the unit suitable for locations where mains electricity is unavailable. Alternatively, where a power supply is available, direct AC operation provides a practical solution for extended examinations and longer periods of continuous use.

An AC mains charger is supplied with the unit for convenient recharging between deployments.

Portable and Durable

The heavy-duty aluminium construction provides the durability required for professional operational use.

Furthermore, the IP54 rating offers protection against limited dust ingress and water splashes, making the unit suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor working environments.

Once an examination is complete, the stand collapses from approximately 2 metres to 0.9 metres for easier storage and transportation.

A carry bag is also supplied, helping to protect and organise the equipment while it is being transported between scenes.
